Sorghum flour is the product obtained from Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench grains through an industrial milling process in the course of which the integument and a large part of the germ are removed and the endosperm is crushed to a degree of appropriate fineness.
It serves to replace the wheat flour. Contains soy and traces of gluten.
